Welcome to A2Z International Inc. These terms and conditions govern your use of our digital marketing services, and by accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.
Scope of Services
A2Z provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to search engine optimization (SEO), social media management, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, and website design and development. These services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any or all of these services at any time.
Client Obligations
Clients must provide accurate and complete information to A2Z to enable us to provide the requested services. Clients are responsible for the content of any materials provided to us and must ensure they have all necessary rights to use such materials. Clients must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Payment
Clients will pay A2Z for the services provided in accordance with the pricing and payment terms specified in the service agreement. A2Z may suspend or terminate services if payment is not received on time.
Intellectual Property
A2Z retains ownership of all intellectual property rights in the services provided. Clients will not acquire rights or licenses to use any A2Z intellectual property except as expressly provided in the service agreement
Confidentiality
A2Z and clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information provided to each other in connection with the services, including but not limited to business information, marketing plans, and financial information. This obligation will survive the termination of services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
A2Z makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the services provided. A2Z disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of intellectual property or other rights.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will A2Z be liable to clients or any third party for any damages arising from or related to the services provided, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, even if A2Z has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification
Clients will indemnify and hold A2Z harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from or related to the services provided, including but not limited to intellectual property infringement or defamation claims.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions and any service agreement between A2Z and a client constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior or contemporaneous negotiations, discussions, or agreements, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter.
Modification
A2Z may modify these terms and conditions at any time by posting the modified terms on our website. Clients should review these terms regularly. Continued use of our services after any such modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
